VALORANT's Discord server, during Pride Month 2021, experienced a surge in targeted harassment campaigns, creating a hostile and unsafe environment for LGBTQ+ community members. This presented a critical challenge in maintaining a positive and inclusive space for all users.

Results

Through reactive and proactive moderation efforts, I, alongside my team, helped to de-escalate the crisis and ensure a safer and more inclusive environment for the VALORANT community, particularly for its LGBTQ+ members during Pride Month.
