Challenge

Lumenshard, successor to A'therys MC, lacked a centralized online community hub to foster player interaction and engagement. This presented a challenge in converting the existing fanbase around A'therys to Lumenshard.

Results

I spearheaded the development of Lumenshard's Discord community from the ground up, implementing a comprehensive strategy to cultivate a thriving online space. This included:

Designing a structured and intuitive server layout with dedicated channels for various game aspects, discussions, and support.

Implementing and configuring moderation bots to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all users.
Establishing internal moderation tools and protocols to effectively manage the community and address any concerns.
Seamlessly integrating the Discord server with Lumenshard's branding and aesthetics to create an immersive player experience.

The resulting Discord server has become a vibrant hub for Lumenshard players, facilitating communication, collaboration, and a shared passion for the game. This successful community launch has significantly contributed to player engagement and the overall growth of the Lumenshard server.
